One Family Illinois invites you to join us for our Women in Leadership Series event Starting on March 5th, join us for an inspiring gathering that will uplift, allow connections, and empower women leaders across our community. This event brings together established leaders, emerging professionals, and community advocates who are committed to creating positive change through compassionate leadership.

Through engaging panel discussions, keynote conversations, and opportunity for connections, attendees will explore leadership journeys, share lived experiences, and gain insights into leading with resilience and authenticity. The conference will highlight the strengths women bring to leadership while fostering collaboration, mentorship, and collective growth.
